Tom Frackowiak

Tom is a Senior Partner and Head of Strategic Communications at WA Communications.

He has a wide range of corporate communications and political experience from a career in banking, accountancy, business and the public sector. He has advised several FTSE clients through industry-changing legislative and regulatory reforms.

Before consulting, Tom worked at Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS) advising on political relations during the merger with Lloyds Banking Group. He was elected to the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) Public Affairs Executive Committee between 2019-2021 and included in the MACE Westminster Political Consultants Index.

Tom is passionate about improving diversity and opportunity within the PR industry. In 2021, he took part in the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and Taylor Bennett Foundation’s first Diversity and Inclusion Reverse Mentoring Scheme. He is also actively involved in the Speaker for Schools programme.
