We help clients drive change and communicate their impact in society

From energy security and transport innovation, to skills reform, financial services regulation and healthcare delivery, we help organisations unlock opportunity.

We helped Lumo and Hull Trains communicate the value of competition during the biggest shakeup of the rail network in a generation.

Ahead of Labour’s flagship railway renationalisation bill, we highlighted the importance of Open Access as a key part of the UK rail system, and made the case for further expansion – engaging key MPs, ministers and mayors, hosting an interactive simulator stand at Labour Party Conference, and executing local engagement campaigns across the North of England and Scotland to build political, media and industry support for proposed new routes – with new services from London to Glasgow and Stirling approved for launch in 2026.

We needed a consultancy that would take an integrated approach to our corporate affairs engagement, allowing us to genuinely cut through in a crowded landscape and secure the policy and reputational outcomes we need.

We advised People’s Partnership through a pivotal moment in UK pensions policy – supporting their announcement to invest up to £4bn in private markets and engage with the Mansion House Accord.

Our strategic programme included ministerial engagement, policy positioning, and stakeholder mapping. As part of the announcement, the Chancellor, Rachel Reeves, praised the commitment as a contribution to economic growth, and the firm joined discussions with the Foreign Secretary and Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero – helping position People’s Partnership as a serious, long-term player in the evolving pensions and investment debate.

We worked with Arriva on the delivery of its pan-European communications strategy, developing a group-wide corporate narrative to help the company unify its voice and present a consistent narrative across its 11 European markets.

Our work includes message development, corporate positioning, media engagement, social media content creation, a website refresh and thought leadership articles.

We helped Pathway, the UK’s leading Homeless and Inclusion Health charity, to tell a powerful story of homelessness and health through a show-stopping garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, co-designed with people who had lived experience.

The campaign secured coverage in The Times, BBC, Forbes, and more – alongside visits from major public figures including Sir Steve Redgrave, Sadiq Khan and Cate Blanchett. Following its impact at Chelsea, winning the show’s Environmental Innovation Award, the garden was permanently relocated to a homelessness support centre, continuing its legacy as a space for care and recovery.

We helped Astellas launch a global campaign to tackle the gender care gap in bladder cancer – uniting clinical and advocacy leaders across 12 countries.

Together, we delivered a first-of-its-kind Call to Action report and built national forums to drive local change.

The campaign mobilised international consensus around women’s unequal outcomes, shaped a global policy agenda, and empowered health systems to prioritise equity in cancer care.

Code First Girls has trained over 250,000 women, with 89% progressing into tech roles – but their unique, employer-led, course model was overlooked by policymakers, at a time of critical change in the sector.

Our media and public affairs campaign has secured ministerial recognition in Parliament, and built relationships with high-profile advocates including Treasury Ministers, the Education Select Committee Chair, and the Chair of Skills England. Their CEO has also been appointed to the government’s Digital Skills Council.

We brought together nine leading pharmaceutical companies to form the Task and Finish Group on Indication Specific Pricing (ISP) – focused on unlocking patient access to medicines that treat more than one condition.

These multi-indication medicines are becoming increasingly common but face barriers under current NHS pricing rules. Through rigorous analysis, expert workshops and coordinated engagement, we delivered the first-ever cross-industry Joint Declaration on ISP. The group’s unified voice helped secure a major policy shift in NHS England’s Commercial Framework, a result of turning isolated industry efforts into one powerful, united voice.

This impact has also been recognised more broadly, with our work winning the 2025 Communiqué Award for Excellence in Payer and Policymaker Communications.

Connecting world leading research to key national priorities

We helped the Electrical Contractors’ Association illustrate the impact of skills shortages.

Our creative-led strategy highlighted the national shortage of electricians and electrical apprentices on a constituency-level heatmap, promoted to MPs and political audiences across LinkedIn and X in social media posts viewed over 750,000 times.

The campaign repositioned the ECA and delivered real visibility and urgency – connecting local skills shortages with the newly elected Labour government’s national priorities, and ensuring ECA’s voice was heard in early skills policy conversations.

We positioned Viking CCS as essential to Labour’s Clean Energy Mission – delivering regional growth, industrial decarbonisation, and energy security.

We built strong relationships across the Labour Party, secured support from trade unions, and mobilised local MP advocates. Our high-impact presence at party conference and strategic engagement with senior stakeholders helped turn potential political risk into a platform for long-term support and investment.
